Great Service, everyone there is really nice. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and everything is explained to you well. Matt, the mechanics, and the shuttle drivers are lovely. They take their time with the service and they leave your car in great condition. Great communication and service overall. I think the qualities this center has is something that often lacks in this industry, especially in Champaign and towards women. They are great to go to.

I had low coolant in my 2007 5 series, I called and they offered to top it off without charge same day. Matt in the service department was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service. Would definitely bring my car in again.

I recently brought my Honda Accord for service because of engine and traction lights are on, Since I had a good experience with them in the past like oil change and other small maintenance need of my car, I brought my car to them. They told me it’s the timing chain problem and needed to be replaced, I told them I needed my car ASAP for work that week, they kept my car for a day and said they can fix it overnight that weekend, the guy working front desk is awesome and easy to work with and respectful. However after just a few hours(just the night after I picked up my car). The lights came on again, same lights but since its weekend, they’re closed, so i waited until Monday to return the car, so I did, and again after few hours they said its fixed again. No charge (since I paid almost $3000 for it). Hoping everything is ok now…but guess what after just less than 2weeks, it happens again. So disappointed. I tried to make an appointment again but I just felt and think “did they really fix my car or what?” so I cancelled and doesn’t want to go back there and have another disappointment, you lose one good costumer in me.
